*Return Policy*

At Black River Minis, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

*How to Initiate a Return:*

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via blackriverminis@gmail.com.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We'll respond with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

*Return Conditions:*

- Items must be in original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Refunds:*

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full or partial refund, minus any restocking fees.

- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

*Exceptions:*

- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

- Items damaged due to customer error or misuse are not eligible for returns.
