We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

5) Orders & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock, errors, fraud screening). Payments are processed via our secure checkout providers. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to you. Please ensure shipping details are correct; we are not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect addresses.

7) Returns & Refunds

Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. To start a return, contact us at support@blackriverminis.com. Some items (e.g., custom or clearance) may be final sale; see product page notes.

8) 3D-Printed & Custom Items

Minor surface artifacts are normal for 3D prints and can be cleaned/primed prior to painting. Custom or made-to-order items are produced to your specifications and are typically non-refundable unless defective on arrival. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, product designs, and text, is owned by or licensed to Black River Minis and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach security, infringe IP, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11) Disclaimers & Liability

No Warranties: Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
