At Black River Minis, we strive to get your miniatures and terrain to you quickly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

*Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:*

-We calculate shipping rates based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location.

We use USPS to ship our products.
- Estimated delivery times are:
    - 3-7 business days for domestic shipments within the contiguous United States

-We do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days of receipt.

*Tracking and Delivery:*

- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- Please track your package and report any issues or concerns to us promptly.

*Damaged or Lost Packages:*

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
- If your package is lost in transit, we'll work with the shipping carrier to track it down and reship or refund your order as needed.

*International Shipping:*

- We currently only ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us and we'll provide a custom quote.

*Changes to Shipping Policy:*
