We want you to love what you buy from Black River Minis. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning any item.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order items (including most 3D-printed items made to your specs).
- Gift cards, downloadable content, clearance/final-sale items.
Defects & Damage
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@blackriverminis.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA if approved.
- Pack items securely; include all accessories and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary by bank). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
For faster service, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. Consider a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost returns.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once shipped or production has begun (for custom/3D printed items), cancellation may not be possible.
